Where To Play Aerodrome® 1.1 & Aerodrome® 2.0

Aerodrome games are hosted at a number of gaming conventions, by clubs and gaming groups, and at game stores; in general, public participation is welcome and in fact encouraged. Game Conventions

Aerodrome® games are played every year at a number of local, regional and national game conventions. The public is welcome to attend such conventions and participate; there is usually an attendance fee at these conventions; preregistration for both the convention and convention games is usually available, and taking advantage of preregistration is normally a good idea.

Aerodrome® 1.1 and/or Aerodrome® 2.0 games will be held at the following upcoming conventions:

Aerodrome® Games at Pacificon 2010:

Aerodrome® 2.0 - WW2 Aerial Combat (Friday, 4:30pm-11:30pm)

The popular Aerodrome® 1.1 WW1 Aerial Combat ruleset adapted to WW2 aerial combat. The rules remain easy-to-learn, easy-to-play, but take into account the faster speeds and greater weapons lethality of WW2 aircraft; rules will be explained and charts provided. Up to 10 players per round; rounds last from 45-90 minutes, running continuously through the allotted time. Wings for victories and awards for valor. Under age 16 only with playing adult.

Aerodrome® 1.1 - WW1 Aerial Combat (Saturday, 9am-4pm)

Thrill to the Kill! WW1 aerial combat: simple, intense, bloody! Novice or Veteran; chance, luck, or skill; YOU live in Fame or go down in Flame! Series of 60 to 90 minute rounds, 10 players per game. "Dead" players yield seats to pilots awaiting aircraft at the end of each round. Players under the age of 15 by agreement of GM and parent, rules taught before first game.

Aerodrome® 2.0 - Convoy Attack in the Med (Saturday, 4:30pm-9pm)

World War 2 in the Med! Torpedoes in the water! Bombs! Flaming Stukas! Attack or defend a British Malta convoy. Players control bombers, torpedo bombers, dive bombers or fighters, fighting to sink the convoy or to defend it with a few gallant Spitfires. Aerodrome 2.0 experience helpful but not necessary; rules will be taught. Awards for valor. Under age 16 only with playing adult.
